7) My best friend from childhood, Jill Hawkins (Pugh), hates it when I say this, but I was kind of a geek in high school, as evidenced by my membership in the debate team, orchestra (I played cello), drama club, and jazz choir. My best friends were also in band and journalism club. If those things don't betray my geek-status, my eyebrows would.
