I don't why everyone makes such a fuss about the age of 40. If anything, I feel on the cusp of better and better things. I'm feeling a bit more free from the vanity of youth and youthful beauty, and finding deeper beauty even more easily in those around me and within myself. I was afraid 40 would make me feel somehow different, I don't know, "old" maybe, but instead what I feel is a lovely calm peace. Life is good :-)
