Cubatron Cone [Burning Man 2007] Canon SD800 IS

I just had the best cell phone replacement experience ever! For no reason this afternoon, the very bottom area of my touch screen just stopped responding to touch. The rest of it worked fine, but this meant that I couldn't access the phone, email, web, or iPod. So I took it to the local Apple Store, where they immediately traded it in for a brand-new working iPhone. No waiting on hold for hours, no sending a broken phone in the mail, no waiting for a replacement. I *heart* Apple!
