Black Rock at Dusk, 2003, Nikon 990

We leave for Burning Man in five days. We're pretty close to ready, except for the last bit of packing and cleaning up after ourselves. Our living room is a disaster area of playa-wear, crafts, sewing supplies, camping gear, scraps of material and fur. I taught myself how to sew this year and for the first time in my life, I actually sewed clothes! I made an iridescent holographic cape for Michael, a purple fur skirt for Kalea, some scarves, lots of pairs of furry leg-warmers, and flared out a pair of leather pants with green fur. I'd still be sewing, except that it's time to move on to packing and cleaning. So much to do, so little time!
