So after a long case of winter blues, I am definitely on the upswing. It's been a fabulous week of fun, friends, and more fun. I'd like to thank everyone who played with me this week for cheering me up (even when the world is down).

Dawn, for taking me out out St. Patrick's Day and introducing me to Kyle and Earl.
Earl and Kyle, for taking me swing dancing (not once, but twice!).
Leanne, for a great dinner and conversation (it's been too long).
Linda and Carmen, for making me laugh harder than I've laughed in ages.
Noah, for great conversation.
Caitlin and Nate, for going with me to 5ive, which was a fantastic party.
All the new people I met at 5ive who helped make my night memorable.
And Paula, of Dumb Clothing, for making the incredibly great purple furry coat that was a huge hit at the party.

Friends are marvelous. It's awesome of you to acknowledge them for the impact they made. I think we can forget how much of a difference we really do make to each other.
And, where are the pictures of the divine purple furry coat. Sounds marvelous!!!

Glad to hear that those rain clouds are blowing away. You should be here, a whole week of sunshine and 15 degrees celsius sure makes it easier to smile at life. But that's global warming for you ;-)

ACK! Dawn! I saw you at 5ive! If I had known it was you, I'd have said something. Patrick and I got there late, nearly 1am, and were trying to make it through the sense stations. We saw you chatting with a group of friends while we waited for the touchie-feelie chair. Patrick even pointed you out because we recognized the purple splotchy furry jacket! ... By the way, girl, you looked TOO hot! :)
